Brahman heifers to $8500 at All Breeds sale

Brahman females sold to a top of $8500 to average $2636 on day two of the February All Breeds Sale at Gracemere.

Agents cleared 78 percent of the offering with 119 Brahman females going to new addresses across Queensland.

Market topper was the 17-month-old $8500 Palmvale Miss Pablo America 2585 (AI) (ET) (H) offered by the Streeter family, Palmvale Stud, Marlborough, which sold to the Dunn family, Somerton Stud, St Lawrence.

Finishing off the day were the Droughtmasters with 87 bulls selling to average $2744 to clear 75pc of the catalogue.

Top seller was the $6000 28-month-old Bryvonlea Jupiter (S) sold by the Heck family, Bryvonlea Stud, Gladsonbury to the Dahl family, Brolga Gully, Baralaba.
