AGRICULTURAL Land Trust, which leases all its land to Elders' plantations company, ITC, will pay a distribution of 1.1c this half after reporting a net profit of $1.175 million, down on the year before.

Management said the company would look to acquire quality rural properties "should opportunities arise".
