Santa bulls hit $40,000 high at Emerald

Santa bulls sold to a seasonal high of $40,000 at yesterdays annual Cardona Canowindra Santa Gertrudis Sale, Emerald.

In total 81 sold in a complete clearance to average $6200, with 58 classified 'S' bulls setting a $6698 average.

The $40,000 entry, Canowindra Fine Form, is a 26-month-old polled bull offered by Jason Wolff and family, Canowindra Stud, Emerald.

It was bought by the Yarrawonga Waco Studs, Wallumbilla.
